There are dark black curtains to help block out any light if any from outside. However, once we got started it was fairly dark outside. We both gathered some lights we found around our houses. I found some candles that change multiple colors with a remote control. I also found some multi color Christmas lights. She found some sparklers, we did not end up using these though. She also brought some flash lights. We set up the tripod and then we had to figure out what to shoot. We started off by just goofing around and seeing what we could find. Some of them looked bad but others looked pretty good. We also tried to spell a few things but we ran out of space in the frame. We also tried to draw a car on her camera and I tried to make a Santa hat. I also tried to make a sun with the yellow colored candle but it just looked like a blob but it still looked interesting. ISO 100, F 22, 15 sec
With this photo I just lowered the blacks to help darken the back and get the colors to stand out a bit more. I did not do anything else to this photo.
